All text is now sharper. In general all 2D graphics have been updated to be cleaner and crisper. Everything feels new again. This exercise kinda sucked because of how spritekit works. there was no way of simply selecting everything and scaling it, I had to select and scale each item and move it to it's new position one by one. It is possible to parent all graphics under a single node and scale that node, but the resolution for the child nodes remains low res - really really stupid. 

I also added Star medallions in the score screen to display stars earned. The same designs are also updated to display on Discord if you happen to be playing noice while online and you want your friends to see your score

Finally, the next random song is displayed in the score screen so you can see what it is before deciding to play it. If you don't like what you see, you can randomize it once again till you see a song you want to play. A random song by same artist is also displayed.

I've also found a case where a song could be attempted to load twice which might have been causing a crash - fixed it

EDIT: almost forgot. Also updated the Mixer volume sliders. made them a bit wider, nicer to look at and easier to use.
